Photographer Pete Turner 1934 - 2017

Pete Turner, one of those artists who's work you all know even if you don't know his name, passed away a few days ago at his home on Long Island. Mr. Turner's photographs often made use of electric-vibrant colors.  His work will live long, though in today's world most viewers will not appreciate how much work went into creation of those images - before computers dominated the craft. To see some of his best-known photographs and for more information about his career, there is a very good article on the New York Times web site: https://tinyurl.com/nytimesaboutPeteTurner
